the hourglass by the pointer arrow is always blinking even after everything
is up on screen usually blinks when you click to open files

My IT guy and I have run up against a very strange issue which has yet to
find a solution...
I create or open a powerpoint presentation and then "Insert>Object>Create
from File>" and then choose my excel workbook which has graphs already

How do I stop the presentation moving to the next slide when it is clicked
outside the buttons because when the pointer is clicked just outside a
button it then moves on to the next numbered slide rather than where they
thought they were gonna go.

Windows XP Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 : Service Pack

I'm having a problem getting a slide to transition once I place a sound .wav
in it. All of the slides before and after transition, however, once I place
the sound in the slide, it won't move. What's going on?

My office recently upgraded me to Adobe 7.0.5 from 6. I have PowerPoint 2003
SP3.  Previously, when I generated a PDF of Notes Pages from a PowerPoint
presentation, the PDF of the Notes Pages  looked exactly like the PowerPoint
Notes Pages : there was a frame around the "slide". ...

We purchased some powerpoint templates but they are in jpeg format, not pot
and we can't get them to open up as a new design template.  How do I convert
them to a power point template?

when i click on the slide design button, nothing shows up along the side
which allows me to look at the different options available.  I restarted and

those backgrounds that are ready in powerpoint, but I want a background with
