I want to save a file to my CD in PowerPoint, but it won't save it; it keeps
saying it can't save it because the file is "read only."  What am I doing
wrong?

If I email someone a powerpoint  .pps file to view and they do not have
powerpoint on their PC can they view the file or not.

I received a ppt presentation that did not have a title slide and I wanted to
add one.  In Slide master view, there is a title slide but it doesn't appear
in the presentation.  I'm not sure why this happens.  how can I add a title
or get the other one to show.  Thanks

sI am using PP 2000, and I am looking for instruction to merge two pp files
into one presentation without losing slides from either file.  Is there a way
to do this?  I could not find it within help in PP or online via Microsoft

How can I add a sound track that plays in the back ground but lets the slides
use set timings. I also want to change the track twice during the "show"

I want to always print powerpoint in outline whenever I click print.  I have
used the savetree add-ins from shylam but it gives me error message when I

Several presentation templates indicate that the slides are "re-sizable" but
I can't seem to locate the menu command(s). Is the only way through a new
template creation?

PPT 2003.... designed slide show and had slides advance automatically frfom
about half way thru presentation to the end.  Then added a WAV file and now
the slides will no longer advance automatically.   ???
