power point kiosk mode does not return to first slide after 5 minu14 Oct 2005 05:24 GMT3
also..need my custom shows to return to slide #1 after 5 minutes of inactive.

I'll insert a avi video into PP and when I play the presentation, the video
seems to disappear off the screen.

I have a user in my office who cannot open one specific PowerPoint
presentation.  He is using Office 2003.  He gets a message that PowerPoint
cannot locate file.
I have successfully opened it in both 2003 and 2000 on my computers.  I have

I am working with Powerpoint 2003, on presentations that have lots of
videos, sound effects, etc.
Right now I travel with my laptop to ensure that my presentations will work

Looking for a "replace" icon I can put on a toolbar button.  Any

I have an 8kb .mid file that I do not want to link, but I want to embed it
into a .pps file.  I want the .mid file to automatically play when the .pps
file is opened.  It let's me link it to a file on my hard drive, but I am
sending this .pps file out to others and then that link ...

The Slide Show Toolbar is missing in a show when using PP (not viewer) to
view it.  It *is* available in other shows, but not in this one.  In
addition, right click gets no shortcut menu.  
Any ideas???
PP Photo Album should allow you to be able to crop pictures!!!!!13 Oct 2005 18:09 GMT1
When you have pictures (especially a multitude) to bring into a PP
presentation, at first, having the Photo Album feature to insert them is a
wonderful idea.  Until you get the picture (tiff) in and you want to crop
each individually.  Being able to do so would have saved me ...

Office 2003 came installed on my machine.....I did not realize that Power
Point was not included.....I purchased Power Point 2003 and it will not
install.....What am I doing wrong or did I purchase the wrong thing??
