I need a calendar on a power point presentation -- how do I do it??

I have a presentation that I need to edit the notes section and every time I
try to past new copy within the existing text all my copy goes whaky
(different sizes) forcing me to reformat everytime I past copy.
I am using 2003 WIN any Idea why this is happening and how can I fix it ...

I'm new at PP and would like to learn how to get sound on my presentation???

I'm using "Send To Word" to get my slides and speaker notes to a Word
document for further editing and reformatting.  The slides are sent as
"slide objects"; this results in an enormous Word file size.  Is there a way
to get "Send To Word" - or some similar function - to send jpgs ...
