I am having a problem trying to combine 2 presentation with different
template/background layouts.  Is there a simple way just to copy and paste
one into another without changing all the Template/background?

I developed a presentation in 2003 which does not work properly in
2000. There are 2 issues pertaining to Custom Animation.
1. I have a text box with 4 bullet points. The first appears with the
slide title and the following 3 appear on-click. This effect (in 2000)

When I try to print 6 or 9 slides on one page, I get wide space between
