PPT files are put on a website, Mac users see them just fine, PC users report images not displaying though text, etc. is fine. What am I doing wrong in creating the ppt files?

I'm working with MS Powerpoint 2003 ,and I have some question: 1) Is there anyway to convert a .pps file into .ppt or .pot ,or in other word to get the templete design of a .pps and store it as .pot? 2) Is there anyway to have a relation with MS access or other databases

Office 2003, student & Teach edition. Taskpane for Custom animation mentioned in Help menu is not available as in 2002 version. Clicking on custom animation brings up a window only.
