I have powerpoint 2003 now.... I can not open any of my powerpoint 2000 files... Everytime, when I try to open an old file, the error message "PowerPoint can't read c:\......ppt" Are there any ways to fix this problem?

I saw a PP presentation where the speaker had colored boxes that were used as backgound for text. The boxes had nicely beveled edges and I can't seem to find a way to do that. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

When an animation scheme is in effect in a presentation and applied to all slides, you can use the User Interface in the custom animation panel to copy the animation scheme effects to a particular slide, -- replacing the animation scheme for that slide.
