I am a student ,have a dell with MS office Basic edition 2003. That does not come with power point. Can you suggest what I can do to have power point...cheap? Is there a download for MS office?

I just have a machine set up with 2 screens, one screen in a meeting room and one in the reception area. I also created a PowerPoint slide shows, which has normal slides (welcome message) and video clip, to run continuously(looping).

i am having problems inserting previous files into ppt's. inserted slides have text boxes with white backgrounds and black outlines on every slide. i have to the manually reformat EACH ONE. this is vary annoying when doing presentations of 100 + slides. please help.

The PPT file is: 1 - 1:17.5 sec SWF 2 - 5 sec slide If the SWF is compiled for 'Continuous Play' then the timing is never right.

I am trying to make a presentation from pictures from a trip to New Zealand. The only way I can find to make one picture per slide is by inserting them one at a time. I want to know if there is a faster way to accomplish this?

My company has gone through a rebranding exercise which means I have to apply a new template to all existing powerpoint presentations (15). This template also includes a special layout for the notes pages which needs to be applied to all the existing presentations.

I have created a slideshow with music files downloaded from LimeWire. When I burn the project to CD, the sound does not come with it. Is there a fix?

I am trying to use one slide design for the intro slide & another slide design for all of the others. I have the first slide done, but when I go to the next one & try to modfiy the slide design, it does the same for the first one too.

I need to know how to change the default color of the comments box when using the review feature. Currently, it is defaulting to magenta which is blending into the colors of the presentation I am reviewing. Any immediate help would be greatly appreciated.

I often have to make a presentation for use on another computer, but I am not sure of the name of the disc drive e.g. H: or G: this means the media I add does not show up on the presentation, is there a way to make it work on all PCs?
