Note: I'm still waiting for a response from one user to find out which
version of PP he is using.
We use PowerPoint 2003 for our projectors at church. The slides are
developed by various members and e-mailed to one who puts it all together.

I receive lots of PPT files that contain embdded graphics - no telling how
they got in there originally. Some of the files end up getting bloated, and
I'd like to cut down on the file sizes, if I could.

I am having trouble with my powerpoint 2003. The graphics don't show up in
the workspace. I have opened several presentations- all of the graphics are
on the side bar, but I can't see them in the workspace. I have checked every
setting that I know to check. Can anybody help?
