When I try and print some of my saved jpeg files, all I get is a blacked out box with no image etc. Any ideas how to fix this?

I have set the music to start halway through the track but there seems to be no timed stop on the custome animation / timing - there is only stop on click, after current slide or after ( number) of slides. Can you help please Thanks
