I've tried inserting through Windows Media Player although it still doesn't
accept my file.

Extensive notes inserted into the notes pages of PPT spill off the bottom of
the page.  When you print the notes page you lose the excess text.
I suggest text that doesn't fit onto the notes section overflows onto a
(hidden file) text page.

After I have inserted a movie from file in PowerPoint, the program freezes up
when I click on to play them. The screen turns green and then I have to use
'ctl' 'alt' 'del' to end the program.

My daughter saved a presentation in powerpoint. When she tried to retreive
