I frequently have to send PowerPoint presentation to Word in order to add sections to a training manual. Once in word I have to reformat all of the slides to be able to put two per page into the Word Document. Is there a less time consuming way to achieve this.

I have powerpoint 2002. I understand that I need to insert wav files to embed the audio tracks. I've done that. I plays great on my computer, but when I e-mail the power point show, they can't hear any audio. What am I doing wrong?
