When I save a presentation to file as a .pps it opens in edit mode and not
just full screen.  also, when I e-mail that .pps file, outlook Express adds a
.ppt suffix to the .pps and again, it opens only in edit mode.

Thanks Michael for your reply, but when I save the PPoint file, it saves as a
.pps
The file suffix shows as .pps.ppt when it's ready to be sent.
Then when I try to e-mail it, Outlook Express DOES add a .ppt to the .pps

message that says the file must be in jpg. gif. or png not in html please

I have followed the step by step to adding sound to presentations. When I
send per email the sound does not play for the recipient although I have
extended the size to 50MB. Please let me have some suggestions as to what I
