If you want to make a PowerPoint show on a regular screen, what would then be a good page formate to choose when the show is made for viewing on a widescreen monitor? The usual format is 16:9 but what would that be in paperformat either INCH or milimeter.

If a slide is visited a second time by a user, the auto-advance no longer works. Is there a way to make it to continue to auto-advance no matter how many times the slide is visited?

I have a lady who says she used to be able to open .jpg images with PowerPoint. Now, I know you can insert the image but can you really open the image with the program? I've missed that one. Thanks in advance,

Is it possible to play a moive file (mpeg) behind a mask (png)? When I run the slideshow, the movie pops to the top of the mask. I can convert the moive and the mask, if other formats work better. Thanks, Spencer

I recorded a macro (and will edit manually) that will change the color of a text box on my slide. Rather than recording the macro, or editing it, 15 times, is there any way I can create a variable in place of the text box (object) name?

I can't seem to get Powerpoint to allow me to reveal individual cells of a table (created *in* Powerpoint) one at a time. When doing "custom animation," Powerpoint will only reveal the entire table at once -- not cell by cell like I need. Assistance would be greatly appreciated ...
