I would like to somewhat protect the images from my presentations to by
inserting them into the presentation as linked images with an absolute
http:// address. I do not use FTP to link the images; I just type the whole
address in.

I have a file developed on Windows that when tested on a mac, the comments
sections do not display. Does anyone know where I can find a list of other
features or workarounds for issues between PPT for mac and Windows?

I made a slide masters and a title master. the slide master is associated to
the slides from 2 to 9
I want to make another slide master, and associate it to certain slides (for
eg. slides from 10 to 13)

On some of my slides when I hit the Tab key it indents a certain amount and
on other slides it indents a different amount. How do you adjust this so
that it is standard on all slides? Is there anyway to adjust the tab in a
similar way to Word?

Under format>line spacing I have it set to 1 line.
Some of my slides seem to have double spacing though. Does anyone have any
idea what might be causing this?

My friend emailed a powerpoint to me that we are working on for school and im
supposed to finish it but i cant figure out how to edit it. Everytime i click
on the text box it just moves.

When doing a presentation in full screen mode, is there a way to minimze the
presentation so that I can temporarily access something from the desktop for
/ during the same presentation? Then, after accessing the desktop, maximize
the presentation back to full screen mode ?

I want to save my powerpoint slide as a PNG file.
However it always saves the slide with 24bit colour depth.
How can I change the colour depth to 8bit, so that if I save a slide
as a PNG file the colour depth is 8bit.

during my presentaion and return back to previous slide I was in.
A colleague recommends to copy that slid and put where ever it is required.

Is there the equivalent of XL's 'auto_open' so the Slide Show automatically
runs when the PP icon is double clicked?
