I am inserting white auto shapes into power point presentations to cover up items that I don't want to be seen. They have no outline, but when I print the page, I can see the outline of the boxes. Is there something I can do to get these to be invisible?

I'm trying to change the size of individual boxes in an Org Chart in PowerPoint. The system will not let me format on a box to make the box wider. Anybody know of a way around this?

I have inserted a sound clip that is 1:30 sec in lengeth, when I play it in normal view, it plays right through, but when I play it in Slide Show view it only plays 40 sec. Does any one know why, and how I can fix it ??

I am at my wits' end!! I need to copy a graph that I have created in Excel into a PPT presentation. The graph moderately transfers well into PPT. I still have to change font size and such, only because I have to scale down the size of the graph.

When I link the ppt to excel, I get a blue border line around the excel data. Is there a way to get rid of this line? I tried formatting the object and currently there is no line selected and this line does not exist in my excel data. Help!
