When I open a text box it defaults to underlining text. I know there is a

Something has changed! I can't open documents in Power Point any longer. What
should I do. I click on Open and the program locks up. I tried using contol +
O and the program still locks up. I tried reinstalling the program, but that

If an email is set out with a pps file attached, the user must first
have PowerPoint to use the file - is that correct?
And secondly, if the user has an older version of PowerPoint and wants
to view the pps file, will they only be able to view the capabilities
