I have Powerpoint 2003. On other computers, there is an icon to convert the ppt to a PDF. On my PC screen, I cannot find the icon to convert to a PDF. I expand the toolbar menu, and it is still not there.

when i make a new slide for my presentation (i'm new at this) will have i have click to show each item on my slide. i tried the auto/view with esc to stop but i must be doing something wrong. or . . . is that how powerpoint is. click at every slide. in preview

Another "zooming" question. I would like my slide show to start with a close-up of a part of a photograph, then slowly zoom out to the whole picture. I can't simply do the the shrink effect from an oversized picture, because it cuts off everything

When I reach the last slide in a presentation (one of many), the next click brings up the black screen and "end of slide show, click to exit" whereas I want the last click to bring up the menu slide which had a hyperlink to this presentation..

I have mpeg files in my ppt that will show on my laptop, but when i connect to a ppt projector, they won't I have tried projecting from Windows Media instead of ppt, but that didn't work either. Also tried on 2 different projectors

Where I have a 1 slide presentation, obtained using a hyperlink on a menu slide, is it possible to automatically be taken back to the menu slide instead of seeing a black screen with the message "end of slide show, click to exit"?

At present when I give lectures I animate text on about half of my slides and I have to do this slide by slide. Is there any easy way to set my slides to animate automatically and then remove animations where not required? MAny thanks
