I'm developing a course and the presentations are all in powerpoint. I
have each lecture in individual files and I like to manage them that
way. I want to combine all them into one file so that I can print them.

How do I get the slide animations in Powerpoint To not intterupt the narration?
I want the bullets to come into the slide automatically, and not stop the
audio.
Right now, I am only able to press enter to get the bullets onto the slide,

I'm doing a project and I want to know if there is some way that i can make
lyrics go along with the song i wanna play. I want the audience to be able to
follow along with the song. Is there a way to play the song as the same time
the lyrics go and also how can i fit the lyrics ...

My employer recently reimaged my business laptop.  Since then, I find that
the changes I make to the PPT toolbars that display (and their locations)
don't "stick" from session to session.  I don't see a menu option to lock the

I bring a lot of digital photos into my PowerPoint presentations.  The
pictures from my digital camera are 4 - 5 MB per picture in size which makes
for a large PowerPoint file. Can some one tell me how much I can reduce the
size of my picture files (jpg) and still maintain ...

I understand that powerpoint files are already compressed when saved to
disk (which is why zipping them up doesent do that much good).  My
question is, what kind of compression is used in the powerpoint file?

When I print notes pages for a presentation most pages print fine but a few
of them include only the notes and not the slide itself.

I have tried PFCMedia, my mp3 file was converted, but not embeded,what do I

Hi - this one has me stumped, I wonder if anyone can shed some light.
I hadn't used PPT for a while and tried to startup yesterday, so I'm
not sure what might've changed on my machine between when it was
working and now it isn't.  All other Office programs work fine.

I was asked to figure out a way to change the background color of some shapes
in a slide show by just clicking on them.
I've got a macro to do that.  I've right-clicked on the object and chose
"Action Settings"  Under On Click, I picked the name of the macro to run.
