When typing notes in a powerpoint presentation, the text size generally changes so that all text fits on the page. However, sometimes the text refuses to size and half my notes are left off. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I started with a 31,404 kb ppt file with 362 slides. I saved it as HTML to see a list of the graphics. I identified 5 large graphic images that totaled 2,794 kb. I went back into my PP slides and replaced the large images (mostly png)

I am developing a slide show to show charts in our production area. I am used a spreadsheet to generate the charts and have linked them to a powerpoint slideshow. There is a total of 150 charts in the slide show. I want be able to show only the slides with a value. Does anyone know

In my presentation, background is black. When I insert and equation using the Equation Editor, the equation becomes black text. How can I change the color of the equation to white? / Ulf

can I set up a countdown clock that will update automatically on a slide that is part of a presentation. That is the clock is working seperately from the slideshow timings. Thanks in advance

I have two screens running on my PC and i want to run a powerpoint presentation on one while working in other programs on the other. The problem is everytime i select another program i.e. word or excel, the presentation pauses.

Is it possible to have a recorded narration play automatically when the user moves to the slide - but also have an option on the slide to 'pause' or 'stop' audio? It's for a CD ROM and they may get sick of hearing the voice if they need to go back to that slide!
