I have just updated to PP2003 and everything works well except using the remote with my projector - it will not advance slides. All other options on the remote work OK. Another wireless USB remote will not work either

I have just started to use my educational version of power point and most of the useful features are greyed out and are unavailable. For example I can load a presentation but I cant add new slides nor can I insert anything in to slides.
