Is there a scheduler to show PowerPoint shows at a specific time? I have a
plasma screen at the front of my office and would like to schedule what time
each show plays. Appreciate any help.

How can I save a sound inserted on a PP presentation? Better saying: how can
I extract it from the presentation to save it elsewhere in my PC?

Let's say on slide #1, I included "Please refer to slide #5."  Is there a way
not to hardcode "5?"  If I insert a slide before #5, then #5 will become #6.  
Is it possible to arrange for the system to display "Please refer to slide
#6." AUTOMATICALLY?

I would like to record a series of steps in PowerPoint so that people can
view the steps and see how a skill is completed.  Is there a way to record
what you do on the screen so that people can play it back and see where the
mouse goes and what is being clicked on?

How do I give names to textboxes or other objects so I can refer to them more
simply in macros?  You can easily do this in excel by using the "Insert"  
"Name -> Define".

When typing text into a new slide, the svchost.exe wil peak at a 100% and

I like the picture tools that are available for the Mac’s version of power

I am having problems with the character spacing when importing a chart from
excel to powerpoint.  I read the suggestion of going to the wordart toolbar
and turning the "kerning" off but the wordart toolbar is greyed out and I
cannot use it.

As I am still trying to speed up autostart with an autorunning CD I figured
that the starting slide should ontain as little as possible so, now it only
contains a text (Sound on? than push the Button!) and a button that starts
the hyperlinked presentation. It takes 10 to 15 ...

My page numbers come up as 21..31..41. Can you help me make them look like
1..2..3? I've had this trouble before and can't seem to get it right.
