Is there a scheduler to show PowerPoint shows at a specific time? I have a plasma screen at the front of my office and would like to schedule what time each show plays. Appreciate any help.

Let's say on slide #1, I included "Please refer to slide #5." Is there a way not to hardcode "5?" If I insert a slide before #5, then #5 will become #6. Is it possible to arrange for the system to display "Please refer to slide #6." AUTOMATICALLY?

I would like to record a series of steps in PowerPoint so that people can view the steps and see how a skill is completed. Is there a way to record what you do on the screen so that people can play it back and see where the mouse goes and what is being clicked on?

One of my computers runs liveweb perfectly. My other computer asks if I want to download the file I have specified to open (A local file on my hard drive). Any suggestions? Maybe a setting that is incorrect? Thank you for your help!

I like the picture tools that are available for the Mac’s version of power point that includes – picture effects gallery (like water color, charcoal, fresco and many more effects), also red eye, several chopping tools. Can I get this same picture tool for the PC?

I am having problems with the character spacing when importing a chart from excel to powerpoint. I read the suggestion of going to the wordart toolbar and turning the "kerning" off but the wordart toolbar is greyed out and I cannot use it.
