I am trying to create an Organization chart (company standard) by going to
Insert, Object, MS Organization Chart 2.0.  MS Organization chart appears in
the list, however when I hit enter to actually create the org chart, I
receive an error message that the Organization chart ...

I'm trying to get text to appear when I mouse over an auto shape (circles
with text).  Any ideas?

I set up a powerpoint file by inserting photoalbum.  After doing that I
wanted to compress the pics but when I right clicked the only option was
"format object" - it wasn't a picture but just a box (essentially).  The
problem is now I cannot compress the pics so the file is huge.
