I have created and recreated the placeholders in Handout Master in the hopes the header, page number and footer info I have input in the header and footer section would show up when I print. I've even typed text directly into the placeholders and it still doesn't show up.

I started with a blank presentation: addes background, text etc.. How do I make this slide my Master Slide? I try to copy and paste but it only copies the text not the background colors.

I have looked through the posts on this, and have this scenerio, we have a long collated presentation and I would like a small countdown timer that stays while the presentation is being run through, say 5 minutes for 3 slides. Is this possible?

I have inserted a video that I want to loop and play in the background of all my slides. However, the ppt refuses to place any text on top of the movie. Is this a normal issue and, if so, can it be done?

I can't insert a video clip in a ppt slide. All I get is a black area. I want to be able to click on the slide and have the clip begin to play. I'm using WIndows Video Player which I thought was capatible with ppt.
