I'm working with large (40-60mb) presentation file sizes off of a CD. How does PPT Viewer 2003 load a presentation? Does the entire presentation get loaded into memory before running or does it operate more like a buffer pulling what's needed as it's needed?

The letter X compresses on top of the next letter during the slide show. When you look at the slide in normal view it is fine. I have tried retyping, etc. Any ideas?
