How can I find an earased slide from a file?

When I use a Title, Text and Clipart layout for my slide, powerpoint
automatically reduces the size of the 1st level bullet. How can I force it to

I had found a utility for powerpoint a while back that adds a toolbar on
the left side of the screen. It gives you the option for quick resizing
of pictures or clipart and also centers them on the page if needed. I
