I am using PP 2003 in Windows XP
I am trying to get automatic transitions to work to the music with the
presentation. I set the seconds for each slide in slide transition and
nothing. The slides do not advance. What is wrong? I have even tried other

I want to burn a cd to give someone and they put it in and the powerpoint to
open and play automatically but Media Player pops up and wants to play the
music piece thats in the powerpoint instead.  What do I do to prevent this?

have just finished making first slide show. I can make the final pane go to
black and end show. Tries tools, otions, end with black and other obvious
responses. What am I doing wrong. Any help appreciated.

If I copy/paste text within a text box or from one text box to another,
regardless of the format of the source, it pastes in Times New Roman, 24,
bold. I assume there's a setting someplace to cause it to paste in its
source text format - where is it?

text without using the paste special command? I constantly have to resize my
fonts in text boxes.

I am required to use a ready-made design template, but the graphics are too
strong.  How can I make them more subdued or transparent so they don't
"fight" the text?

In PPT 2002 can you have more than 1 stack column bar in the same category,
say product A with 2 data values, and product B with 2 data values in Qtr. 1,
and the same for Qtr 2.  I believe it cannot be done on the datasheet

I have a directory with about 50 jpg files.  I want to make a slide show
using all the pictures.  Is there a way to include all the slides (pictures)
without creating them one at a time?  I'm using PP 2000 SP-3.

I'm trying to create custom screen tips, using the 'hyperlink' 'screen tip'
method. It works fine - the text I enter gets displayed when I roll over the
box.
However, it seems like the only thing I can put in is just straight text -

I have just found out that I can not use a continuous loop and end a show on
a time or specified duration.  However, I am wondering if I can use a macro
to start and end a show?  Again, I am not talking about slide transition; I
am talking about the complete show (presentation).
