In Slide Layout menu bar (the bar at the side), can I customise it such that
my favourite or most frequently used layouts are clustered at the top?  I use
Table Layout very frequently but always have to scroll to the bottom (to
Other Layouts section) to click it.  

How can I copy powerpoint custom toolbar with its macros to another computer?

Is there a way of setting animation so it will occur each time the slide is
accessed?  I am finding that, once the animation of a slide is completed, if
the user returns to the slide the animation is not repeated.

The thumbnail images that should be displayed  in the slide layouts panel are
no longer displayed in the right hand Slide Layout Task Panel. If I roll my
mouse over the task pane its displays the Alt text  eg Title Slide but no
actual image of the slide as it will look appears. ...

creates charts and save each as a new xls file
open PPT and creates a new presentation
import each chart

I have a text box in a pps file where I need the user to enter text into it.
There is also a save and close button which prompts for a save when changes
are made to file. Can someone tell me how to prompt the user to enter their

When I copy a slide and paste it into another presentation, its background
automatically disappears or changes.
What's the reason and how can I prevent this?

I am trying to take a Chart from an excel file and copying it to Power
point and pasting it to Power point as a Bitmap in order to keep the formate

I am saving a Quark file as a pdf and then saving the pdf as jpegs to
be imported into PowerPoint as a photo album. Because the jpegs are too
large for PP, I have selected the "fit to slide" feature under Album
Layout. They now come in with a black frame on the left and right
