How do you print a slide on multiple pages for posters or banners.  We use
this to create game boards in classrooms.

I'm a new user of PP and am attempting to link data from Excel to a slide.
I've managed to create the links, but the data on the PP slide disappears
whenever I click outside the border of the data. Is this normal? What can I
do to make it stop?

I would like to view a powerpoint in half-screen with no toolbars, I want it
to look like full-screen mode but only taking up half the screen.  I am

Have been emailed 2 presentations which when I try to open result in a
critical error and the standard MS message is PPt must close - sorry for

I have an MPG that I have created and want to have it auto start in
Powerpoint.  It will not play.  When I play it in Win DVD it plays just fine.
Any fix?

I think that I should be able to update my yearly calendar instead of
creating a new one every school year. As a teacher, I use a Word or Power
Point template for my calendars but I have to create a new one every year.

Does anyone have problem with PowerPoint 2003, (POWERPNT.EXE dated 9/26/06,
File version 11.0.8110.0)?
I have a lots of problems with it.  It does not open PowerPoint 2003 files,
but instead, some of 2000 version can be opened but not printed or editted.

I have purchased 3 presenters and all of them are doing the same thing on 2
of 3 computers.  I have powerpoint 03 on all of them and they all are running
the same OS.  But, when I press the "next" button on any of them, it goes to
the notes area and does not go to next slide.  ...

I am using the version of powerpoint before 2003.  When I load a presentation
that has an organisation chart - I am unable to amend this - when I double
click all the boxes are group together.  When I deselect grouping I can then
amend the chart - surely this is a bit long winded ...

I'm trying to make text size shrink to fit a text box. When I right-click on
the text box | Format Shape | Text Box - the AutoFit options are grayed out!
I can't select "Shrink text on overflow" - the "Do not Autofit" option is
selected (and grayed out).
