Would someone please send me directions on how to send an entire Power Point
presentation through an e-mail? What I did was, copied and pasted each sheet
to a microsoft word page, then attached the microsoft word page to an e-mail.

In PowerPoint XP, I put in a sound file and it plays just fine. But I don't
want to see the sound icon on the slide. I tried right clicking on the icon
to edit it, but that doesn't give me the option to hide the icon.

I want to create a custom Content Placeholder, but can't find the tools to do
so or to edit the existing ones on any templates.  Any info on how I can do

going automatically? My son is putting this up and I'm not much help in pp -

As of 2 weeks ago (and I don't know what I've done to cause this) whenever I
try to change a design template or even select a template for a new
presentation the whole application hangs.

Every time my presentation goes to a movie slide, because of the flicker of
the movie slide, the projector fails and searches again for the source. On
the laptop screen, you see the movie slide going on smoothly after the
flicker, but not on the projector, thus causing a time lag ...

the objects (graphs) and an imported form show on the screen but when I print
out they do not print....what am I doing wrong??

I've created a power point presentation and we are wanting to show it at my
Mom's 80th Birthday.  How do we show it on a screen or wall.  I'm really new
to power point.  I was hoping there was a way I could convert it to another
program to save on DVD to play on a TV.

Ran several pres today with refresh.  Found the sw relatively unresponsive
eg exiting show mode had long delays.  Many of my avis flickered and some
would not run.  Presenter mode ran aberrantly, often (but not always) showing
me the next slide instead of the current in the large ...

I'm editing ppts made by someone else. The text all had shadows. I made a new
design template with no shadows on the masters. When I applied the new
design, some of the slides changed but others still have shadows. What can I
do besides change the rest manually?
