I have to replace Arial with Verdana anywhere in an old PPT presentation. I
did it in the master slides and now can insert text with Verdana even within
the old Arial text, but any old Arial text can't be changed to Verdana.
Nobody knows in what PPT version and on what computer ...

Sometimes - for some reason - 2nd and after lines indent a few spaces after
the first line. I can't get them to left justify/line up with the first line,
no matter what I try.
What is the fix here?

In a text box, sometimes the first line is correctly justified and the next
lines (with out hard break) are indented by a couple of spaces.
I can't get them to line up (fully left justify) no matter what I try!
What is the trick to get the text block to all line up to the left?

I have a PowerPoint presentation that I am using as a score board.
It's just one slide with four text boxes on it.  I've applied an action
setting to each text box that runs a macro to either increase or
decrease the score of one of the teams when clicked on in slideshow

I want to save my presentation as read only, so others may use it but not
make any changes to it.

I have a Powerpoint 97 Presentation which has custom animations that have
certain timings/delays etc but when it is viewed in Powerpoint 2003 the
animations and timings are out of sync.
I have SP2 for Office 2003 and have downloaded updates but this has not

I'm making a macro that knows to move a shape - with adding motion path
to it - to a target destination.
But when i add that motion path (with adding it to the timeline - and
then add Behaviour) it does the work, but it doesn't changes the Path

how do u get a song to play once in your power point

HOw to you create each new slide to have the same headings, without having to
continually copying and pasting from the previous page.

The help files say there is no more Record Macro, but I can add the button to
the quick access toolbar.
Is the Record Macro feature truly axed or might it appear when the software
rolls out?

Can anyone tell me how to assign a keystroke that will delete a slide in the
normal view. I have a button but would like a keystroke instead.

Is it possible to pause a video set to show full screen?  When I attempt to
pause it  it stops the full screen display!

Is there some API to allow me to extract the Notes object from slides in a
PPT 2003 file?  Alternately, is the DOM defined somewhere?  I am proficient
in VB.

In PPT, when selecting a design template, the previews in the preview pane do
not load. They work, that is, if I select one based on the verbal
description, but I cannot tell what it looks like in the "apply design"
preview window.

i need your help, a friend sent me a beautiful pp slide show but i want to
save the photos as jepg, how do i do that? can you tell me the steps i have
to follow? im a newbie in this.
