I am trying to make an org chart back I cannot seem to figure this out

How do you compress files in PP 2007? Can't find that option.

Is there a way to show another program from within PP?  ie have a window
that is like a movie but instead of showing some prerecorded video it shows
another program that is running on the same PC.
Alternatively, can I switch briefly to another program under slideshow

I cannot get a sound file to embed with my presentation.  I changed the
allowable size under tools munu to accomodate large files but when Im send
the PPS by e-mail the recipient does not get sound!

I've built a PowerPoint 2003 Presentation with approx. 40 slides. I want to

So I have an organization chart
One area/department needs to be set for all the same color and font,
subordinates and assistants
Another area/department needs to be set for a different color/font,

I now have a complex AutoShape that looks quite like the outline of
Washington State, USA (thank you, John Wilson!).  I need to use a section of
it separately.  Looking for a way to cut a piece out of the perimeter, I've
explored "delete segment" and "open path" in the Edit ...

I'd like to be able to convert all the paths in my ppt presentation to
relative links.
I found a KB article detailing how to do it for images.

i have done a presentation, and i had to seperate it into 3 files,
because all the links would default back to slide 1 when the file gets
too big.

When I show my PowerPoint 2003 slide show, there is a black band at the top
and bottom of the screen. I'd like the slides to fill the whole screen. Does
anyone know how to do this please? Thanks very much

When you start an active presentative, instead of it taking over the whole
screen and it be down size to half a screen?

I have users running Office 2003 and clicking different ppt files will only
open the files in one PowerPoint window.  Excel and Word will open files in
different windows.

We would like to know if there is any way to loop 3 different power point
programs together.
