know that how much memory is required in the RAM to run powerpoint.

I have a briefing that has a bunch of command buttons that I use to jump
around the briefing to get to various levels of detail.

I have a 5 MB file and even zipped it is still 5 MB. Prefer to attach it in

Is there a way to print the slides (handouts) (either 1 or 2 slides per
page, so that each slide is LEFT aligned on the page, thereby leaving
space on the right for speaker notes.

I would like to create a little info text box on several slide. Each box
should popo up after clicking a particular action button. The box that I want
to pop up should  be small and displayed so that the rest of the slide is

I have two items (grouped together), one is an arrow, the other text. they
fly in (if this makes a difference)
slideshow works fine, but I do not want this particular group of items to be
printed when the slide is printed.
