Using PP2000 so I do not have the capabilites of the timing effects of later versions. I am looking for a little VBA so that when a shape is clicked, it will animate another shape. Thanks in advance.

Could someone tell me more about how to streamline or compress or whatever it is the audio files for a pp presentation? The length of the audio is about one hour - but when saved to a wav file and then changed to a mp3 file...its over 60meg... how do they have large audio files ...

I have a series of MP3 clips in a folder where I have saved my PowerPoint Presentation. The all play fine in iTunes or in media player. One of them will not play after I "insert sound.." into my slide - all of the others do! I followed exactly the same procedure for inserting ...

I am making a Powerpoint presentation available for downloading by my clients, which they will view on a Powerpoint Viewer that I am also making available via a link for downloading. Question: is there some way to make the presentation file unchangeable

I tried a making a simple slide show using a by-letter animation (rise up) and found out that PowerPoint performance is very slow for about 2-10 seconds after the slide is displayed and then continue on normally. I do not have this problem with PowerPoint 2003.

We just put a 32in lcd in the lobby and connected it to a nearby computer. The computer had an onboard nvidia 6100, so we bought a pci-e nvidia 6200 for the 32in lcd to use. We can output the powerpoint to the 32in just fine. Problem being, that when someone uses the computer

While using the presenter tools in Power Point 2007 when I try to make an ink comment Power Point recognizes it as a mouse click and proceeds to the next slide. This does not happen when in full screen presenter mode, just when using the presenter tools.
