I made a Powerpoint slide show, with music attached, to several friends. However, when the recipients opened the attachment, the slide show played but with no music. Yet, when I play it on my laptop, the music is there. Why? Pat

How can I apply a template to an existing presentation in Powerpoint 2007? It used to be a matter of clicking design and selecting one from the sidebar. Now I seem to have to start with a whole new presentation. What on earth have they done?

We are creating a ppt for marketing purposes and I want to make sure I am providing enough info to "hook" a customers interest, but not too long for them to lose focus. Any suggestions to what length (#of slides) have worked best?

When I view my presentation in the slideshow, the font (Garamond) is jagged, not smooth on some of the slides. I tried turning off the cleartype, but it made no difference. There is animation, but the slides where the fonts are smooth also have animation. I cannot seem to find ...

I have a ppt presentation on blue background, so I've changed all the text (inserted from word doc) to white and saved. However, when I re-open the doc, the text always has gone back to black. How can I get it to stay white?
