i would like to send a file with linked music
i put all the music and the slideshow in one folder and then zipped it -
once i zipped it and sent it - it did not work on the reciepenient's

I can't figure out how to or even if I can import music from a cd and embed
it in a pps?  Can it be done and how.

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to go about creating my own
powerpoint slide design? I know what i want it to look like but don't know if
i can design it myself?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to which is the easiest programme to use
to crop pictures to a pre-set size?  Microsoft Picture Manager seems great,
but only if you want to use its predefined sizes (5x7, 10x8 etc), but I need
to choose bespoke sizes.

I have inserted a musicvideo into my presentation, and created a .pps file.
But if I copy the .pps - file to another computer I have to copy the
video-file to. (guess it's because PowerPoint only create a link) How can I
avoid this? Is it possible to "inklude" the video in .pps - ...

I added a windows media object in my .ppt file and typed in the
correct web link to an .asx file. When I viewed the slide show, I can
here only the sound of the .wmv.asx file, but I cannot see the movie.
The movie looks distorted and cannot be viewed. I tried the same

I have 2 computers.  I logged in at my jobs secure website to view a brief 5
slide powerpoint presentation.  On the last slide is a hyperlink to a short
video presentation.  On the first computer I go to the website and log in.

I have set up a slide presentation in A4 size for someone in Europe. When I
view the ppt show, I see the slides same as 'on-screen' size, however when
the European affiliate views the presentation he is getting a black bar on
the top and on the bottom of the slides in show view.

My text is not appearing as bold and crisp as I would like.  Sometimes it
seems half of the letters is disappearing.  I have tried Arial, Arial Bold,
Roman...nothing seems to improve the quality of the projection on the screen.
Any ideas to make text project better?

I have a page in my presentation where I want a small picture in the
Content box, and describing text that wraps around the picture.  When
I put text in the box with the picture, it runs behind the picture
(hidden) instead of wrapping around it.

A friend asked me how to view a pps file.  He did not have powerpoint so I
downloaded the viewer from Microsoft.  I assumed once installed he would be
able to click on a pps file, say attached to an email, and it would open.
However, we found that you have to save the pps file, ...
