I was told that you could buy third pary add-ins to powerpoint to make the program look really good. Can anyone let me know the name of one of these programs or recommend a good one to me that they've used. Just so you know I'm using powerpoint on a Mac \.

Is there a way to have powerpoint generate an automatic border that indicates progress in a presentation, like: Topic 1 >> Subtopic 2 >> Sub-subtopic 1 It is nice to have an indication of "where are we" during (especially long)

I need to regularly export Access reports to PowerPoint for distribution (not sensible, but that is the way the boss wants it!) Right now, I export to RTF, fancy it up a bit, run a macro to put it into a table, then copy into PowerPoint as a picture.
