Has anyone experienced a decrease in file size when a powerpoint 2003 file running on 2000 is re-saved in powerpoint 2003 running on XP?

Powerpoint can't read the outline from .ppt. No text converter is installed for this file type. I'm getting this message when i try and open a ppt file, i can't figure it out

I know that in previous versions of PowerPoint that you can't play video while displaying text at the same time unless you purchase ANOTHER program that embeds itself into PowerPoint. Does anyone know if PowerPoint 2007 will do this WITHOUT a 3rd party software solution? Thanks ...

Hi I have saved a powerpoint presentation as .mht using powerpoint 2003. But the slide show is very slow. The cpu usage goes to 100% and then comes back to 8, 9. Thsi is happening on some machines. The machines have virtual memory

Sometimes the whole screen starts to blink and I can't move the images from where they are, or just can do it in sort of a jerky way, so I'm not sure where they'll end. It happens just sometimes, and not exactly when the pasted images are very large or the slide is very full.
