After one creates a powerpoint presentation, how do you save it (and
email it) so that no one can edit that presentation? I emailed my
presentation and the recipient said that she could have changed it if
she wanted to.

To email a PowerPoint slide show with music only wav files may be used and
when I convert an mp3 to wav it usually is about 25mb in size. While I can
get PowerPoint to accept a wav file up to 50mb, my server won't accept that
large a file.

Can anybody tell me the link where there are thousands of backgrounds?  I
found it by accident last time I needed a picture background, but cannot find

I have a slide presentation that has been handed to me to work on.
This presentation has custom animations that show perfectly when you
click on Play in the Custom Animation Task Pane; the animations do not
run in the slide show.  I have recreated a couple of these animations

Hi, I'm really confused because my textboxes all used to look fine and all of
a sudden the line spacing started to look to big, so I figured out how to set
the line spacing defaults, but the strange thing is that whenever I hit
"enter" inside of a textbox to go to the next line ...

Using PowerPoint 2003 when I create slide show I have to insert photos one
at a time and this is cumbersome and time consuming. I am a beginner with
the program so is there a way to add the photos in a group or is ther some
way to do this faster?

How do I change the order in which items on a slide(i.e. image, title, bullet
points) come in during a presentation?  I've managed to make the order pretty
much how I like it, but I'm having problems in getting the bullet points on
my slides to come in last.

I am looking for a laptop wireless laser presenter that can be used to
control both PowerPoint presentations and DVD's.  For the DVD I need
at least start, stop and pause.  Would be nice to be able to fast
forward and reverse too.

I dont know how to send a file PPP that ohers will not editate, i mean only
read.
