How many dpi should I have for optimum projection of my images in a power point presentation? I use both horizontal and vertical format and so would need to know the best for both. The images have been taken in RAW, and converted to large jpegs.

I have a bunch of really heavy duty presentations that were originally created in 4:3. I hated with PPT2003 that is I resized the page setup (page guys, not graphics or anything else...) for 16:9 that it stretched the pictures. I really was hoping for a change in 2007. But NOOOOO ...

i have created a presentation on pc and im now trying to play it on a mac. The sounds files are in the same folder as the pp presentation but not all of them play. Is there an easy way of mending the links or do i have to insert all the sounds that dont work again???

When inserting a picture into PowerPoint, it appears as an X and the picture doesn't show. The picture format is .jpg. I e-mailed the picture to someone else. When she inserted it into PowerPoint, it worked for her and didn't appear as an X. It sounds like a setting problem ...

Is there a way to link text in PP? My problem is that i have 12 slides, each with a different heading. I want the headings to be listed in a textbox on the right side of each slide so that one get an overwiew over the total presentation.

The mouse icon insists on appearing in my continuous autorun PP presentation. Even when I park the mouse at the far border, it still shows and when it switches to the hourglass icon between slides, it's distracting. Is there some trick to hiding it? Thanks. Susan

When I try to open Powerpoint or open a PPT document, the Windows Installer box opens telling me to insert MSXP Professional Frontpage disk. I am not able to access Powerpoint. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
