When try to open a ppt file with PP viewer 2003 the text in slides
disappears and the slides are blank.
The slides have only the colors and the template of ppt file but not the text.

I'm trying to figure out how to have the slideshow automatically start when
my customer receives it in e-mail and clicks on it.

In an effort to free up space on my hard drive, I removed MS Works, as I have
2000 Office Professional, that has Power Point.
Now, I can't open e-mail pps attachements since removing Works. It directs
me to download it to my Documents, but still can't view the attachments.

I downloaded a theme from Microsoft, but don't know in which folder to place
