Is it possible to, when i make a textbox with a scrollbar (control tool box), make this textbox appear with a transparant background when the presentation is playing?

I just downloaded the trial version, but cannot use any features...I loaded
an old PP presentation, but cannot do anything to it...not even save.  Is the

special past it onto a powerpoint slide, I loose the 2 columns on the right.

The embedded wmv file comes up a black screen in my pps file. It plays fine
in ppt mode. How do I get it to play in pps?
