What is the powerpoint type application called where you can add pictures audio and package it up into a huge .wav file? It is a free download from Microsoft i just cant remember what it is called.

When I'm in Powerpoint and hit File Open, I want it to point to a folder other than My Documents. How do I change it? I couldn't find anything in Tools, Options. (I had no problem with Word & Excel.)

I have about 100 pic files that I want to import into PowerPoint into individual slides (Pic one inserts into slide 1, Pic 2 inserts into slide 2 etc). I am doing in manually right now, is there a way to do a global import etc?

I have completed a powerpoint presentation and am running it on a plasma screen through a USB memory stick. I have taken of all custom animations but have left it so each slide dissolves into the next. It is working, but sometimes it misses out pictures or just the title ...

Can I export PowerPoint slides to PDFs, while preserving the fine-grained "layered appearances" of the elements on each slide? That is, there should be a new PDF page each time an element appears (triggered by a mouse- click).

a user has a completed powerpoint presentation along with audio clips for each slide, a powerpoint viewer and other misc files required. is there a way to combine all this into one file other then a zip file so that is could be downloaded or easily sent to someone?

Has anyone been able to edit pie charts after they have been converted to a design style? My clients change data often and reuse existing slides to do so. I have only upgraded PPT. Do I need to upgrade excel also to edit data?

I have a presentation with some non-animated slides and some animated slides. Left clicking on the mouse will advance through the non-animated slides, but has no effect on the animated slides. Using other methods (space bar, page up/down, etc) will step through the animations and ...

Is there a way to bundle up all the resources (fonts, images, multimedia, etc.) that a PowerPoint document uses, and be able to present it on another system with complete confidence that it'll work?
