I am sending a completed PowerPoint show, via email, to another computer that
does not have the sound file (.mp3) I included.  How do I ensure that the
sound file accompanies the show?
Linking the sound file does not seem to work.

I can not download from the internet as restrictions in work - does anyone
have a powerpoint presntation slide with twinkling stars background?

Is there a way to see the total amount of time that is within a PPT?  I would
like to know how much is being used without having to count each slide's
transaction time.

When I make a Power Point presentation, copy it to disc or memory stick and
then try to show it on another computer the sound doesn't come through. The
sound is defintiely on but the music cannot be heard. Can you help as it

I would like to insert page numbers in my PowerPoint presentation.  Can I
insert page numbers so that they read "Page # of #"?  For example, "Page 1 of

If one inserts a Windows Media file or a Quicktime movie, the first frame
will display on the slide in Normal View and Slide Sorter View.   The image
also shows up when the ppt is printed in either the Slide format or the
Handout format.
