How do I create a slide that simulates the pressing of the B key ?

HELP !!
I downloaded and saved a bunch of free PPT designs in my "program files"
folder.  But I do not know how to get to them to use for a presentation or
"search" for them when I am in the PPT program.

We are currently using scatter graphs to show data but this means we have to
add a text box or table to the slide to show labels. Are we able to change a
line graph to vertical?

I employed basic shapes and inserted text boxes.  The shapes snapped to sizes
that I do not want.  AutoShape does not permit resizing.  Clicking on the
objects does not permit resizing, only repositioning.  What can I do?
