Is it permissible to use an uploaded Powerpoint template, graphics, color
scheme etc as the basis for a commercial venture template.
What rights does the, in this case, 3rd party supplier of the template have,
or have they surrenderred those by uploading it to office online?

I created a code that reads images into a powerpoint briefing.
The images are numbered like Dia1.jpg, Dia2.jpg ..... Dia10.jpg,
Dia11.jpg etc.

Per the help file (PowerPoint 2003) I can apply multiple design templates to
a presentation. I've gone through the steps, selected the slide or slides in
the "Slides" pane, when I clcik on the arrow to the right of the design I
want I only see "Apply to All Slides" and "Show ...

Problem: WMV will not run within PPT 2003 or 2003 viewer when running
from my hard drive on my system. It will run within Windows Media
Player. It will run from a CD if I package the PPT for CD. It will
