I need to create a chart in powerpoint which uses data stored in an excel file and updates as the values are changed. Any ideas?! I tried the Import File menu point, but it does not update... :(

From what I have read the only way to create a shared library is with SP? I would love to at least have some of the capability of sharing slides on a shared server space - even if I don't have the checkin/checkout and update features.

I was able to apply a new shape to a picture. Now when I have it as a picture, it saves the shape but it saves inside a square frame. So I have my picture in a diamond shape but it is inside a white frame. How do I get rid of or save only shape so I see only diamond shape ...

I am trying to animate all bullets in my enitre slideshow using PP 2007. In PP 2003, I would find this command in Animation Schemes and then use "apply to all". I don't see the "apply to all" option anymore in the Animation menu. Any suggestions?

I am hoping someone could point me in the right direction for this. I am interested in building an exmin into a training presentation I have created using a Powerpoint presentation. The idea is to have multiple choice questions and the the score being recorded at the end.

PPT presentations created on Macs and sent to PCs and vice versa sometimes have "conversion" problems in which formatting or graphics don't transfer over correctly or images are left out. Is there a way around this?
