Most of my powerpoint usage is in the portrait format so I would like to change the default so that anytime I open a powerpoint slide it is in that format. Anyone have an idea if this can be done and if so how?

After I insert music from a file into the slide presentation and using custom animation to have it end after 26 slides. Is there a way to have the music fade out rather than just end with the slide. I don't want to use the whole song for the presentation as it is too long. So ...

When I move to slide show my slides are cut off on both sides with a black border. How do I remove this so they can be viewed in full screen?

Is there an object model of 2007 out there I can get my hands on? I'd like to print one out for reference. ALSO... what happened to the parent.parent object capability. PPT07 dies every time it runs into that code. Is it broken?

I had my doubts about upgrading to '07, and now I wish I hadn't. Installing '07 PPT altered my '03 PPTs so that they don't even run correctly on my '03 PPT viewer. Even when I try to run my PPTs online, they automatically open in '07, and they don't run the way I set them up. ...

I want to print one handout per page, vertically aligned at the top of the page. The default setting is centre aligned vertically. If have gone into the handouts master but cannot select the “placeholder” for the slide. How do I achieve my aim?

I am trying to set the default line settings in power point. I now know how to set it if the program is already oppened, I am trying to set it so when I open the program up it stays that way. Right now they reset every time I close the program.
