Ok, I'm really sick and tired of trying to format paragraphs in Power Point
with what seems to be "old school" techonology... a ruler!

We are testing Office 2007 at our company and we have seen an issue where a
PowerPoint file from a client uses a custom embedded font. The font loads and
displays fine on some machines but not others.

I've got several school powerpoints to conver to an easy-to read (easy to
print) word document.. Is there anyway to do this without having to go
through each one, copying just the text (not the pictures) and hand pasting
it into a word document?

I'm trying to change the setup of one page  to landscape in a Ppt document
that has been set up in Portrait set up?  I can do this in Word but how do I

In PPt version 97 there was a Blank.pot that one could use to change the
default for blank presentations. It was used e.g. by the [New Presentation]
button.
I checked installations of 2000, 2002 and 2003 but couldn't find this

Does anyone know how I can animate a ribbon moving across the slide?
It would almost have the movement of how a car in a roller coaster would

Quick question: When I insert my video clips (which are small in size and
are in the same folder as the presentation), the appear fine. However, when I
play the presentation the video clips darken (they get darker then when they
are not playing) for some reason.

How can I configure my presentation so that my mouse scroll wheel wont
advance slides?  I have turned off advance on mouse click, but the scroll
wheel still advances the slides.
I am trying to regulate all slide navigation to action buttons and hyperlinks.

Is there a way to set the presentation to run with a random progression of
