I am making quite a complicated animation scheme with multiple clip-art
objects, but I find it hard to distinguish them by "name" in the advanced
timeline of the animation scheme. Can I rename them in names that make sense
to me?

I'm trying to "label" my slides so I can right click during a presentation
and go to a specific slide by label rather than by "slide number".

I see the problem of playing music across a slideshow still crops up
from time to time.
As I had the same problem once I set out to solve it once and for all.
I posted it once on this group but I see it has disappeared.

I am working on a PPS  and all is great from my PC.
I emailed the PPS and the audio ONLY worked at the end for a small bit.
And the video clips did not play at all, they only appeared as a still image.
I change the 100kb to 5000kb in Tools > Options > General, but still the same.

I create a combobox using VBA. Everything was OK untill i inserted the
presentation with the combobox as object in another presentation. When
I start slideshow the combobox is there but there aren't any contents
to choose. If I open the presentation object the contents are there

Is there any way possible to have a slide show and each time you show it have
each slide show in random order?  For example, multiplication facts loop
through and each time I want to view slide show how can I get the slides to
go in a different order each time?

I'm in the process of tweaking an old presentation and am a little rusty on
PP right now.  I'm having an issue with one particular slide into which I've
inserted a sound file.
Sound is set to play from beginning for 999 slides; in show, the sound file

I've saved some 'print screen' images in a word document and am now
attempting to copy/paste the images to Powerpoint.   When I right click my
image, I select copy.  I move to the Powerpoint doc, the paste feature is
disabled.    

Can someone tell me in powerpoint 2003 how I can cycle through frames forward
with a mouse click and revise with the right mouse button.

I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 Notebook (Office 2003 Student Edition, German and
Windows XP Home) and work with it for more than a year regularly with
Powerpoint 2003 and the „Presenter View“ Mode. This works without a problem.

When I create a Powerpoint on a MAC, open it on a PC. Edit it on a PC bring
it back to a MAC. Edit on the MAC and then try to open it on a PC, boxes with
big red "X"s appear. Some page's info disapears.
The challenge is the I work in an office where the creatives work on MACs

I have one huge ppt-file that I would like to use in several different
configurations. It is always updated, and rather than having to hide the same
slides time after time, I would like to have several 'configurations', for
instance one short version, one medium length version ...

I have created a single slide formatted with photos, text, color, etc... that
we want to appear on all slides in a presentation.  When I click 'New Slide'
a blank slide appears.
Also, I have saved this as a design template, but it does not appear as a
